Wales: Polizei entschuldigt sich bei männlichem Vergewaltigungsopfer

South Wales Police yesterday apologised to a male rape victim after the Independent Police Complaints Commission ruled officers did not at first appreciate the seriousness of the man’s allegation. Geoff Cole, 59, says he was attacked when he was walking his dogs near his home in Resolven, Neath, on October 18, 2005.
